RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

BHALL Bags offers returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom product orders are final and cannot be returned. Please follow these additional guidelines when making a return to bhallbags.com:

Item must be in original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect and must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Item must be returned with all original packaging and accessories (includes box or plastic poly bag).
Return in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt .
